The pages describe what we do and work we have done. They are information, not an offer, a quotation or professional advice.

The case pages describe past work; they do not promise the same result for anyone else. The sample documents and diagrams are drawn with synthetic data and are not client records.

Work starts only on a written quotation from us that you have accepted in writing. A quotation is fixed in scope and price for the period it states; anything outside its scope is quoted separately.

A written reply within two working days is our commitment to answer, not an acceptance of work.

The text, drawings, diagrams, cards and code of this site belong to Simplicity Idea Tech unless stated otherwise. You may read the site, link to any page and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy its pages, drawings or code for your own publication or product without our written permission.

Product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we do not promise either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Client sign-in leads to our operations system at sitech.com.my, which is for clients with an account and has its own terms. Other links lead to sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site.
